Our current target markets include, but are not limited to: Connecticut, New York City and the broader Metropolitan Area, Northern New Jersey, the Philadelphia Metropolitan Area, the Chicagoland area, and South Florida (Southeast and Southwest).
Acquisitions Criteria
We target well-located, Class A self-storage properties in dense urban markets.
Development Criteria
Typical site size ranges from 1 to 5 acres. We focus on urban infill opportunities, including:
- Vacant land
- Functionally obsolete buildings suitable for redevelopment
- Big box retail conversions
